Step 2

Choose your desired bath strength:

  • For Light/Medium Strength - Use half of the tea contents

  • For Strong Strength - Use the entire tea contents

Fill the provided muslin bag with the chosen amount of tea.

Securely tie the strings around the neck of the muslin bag, securing it with a knot.

Remove all packaging materials from muslin bag (tag, ribbon, etc)

Step 3

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Remove the pot from heat and add your prepared tea bag.
Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes.

While the tea steeps, fill your bathtub with water at your preferred temperature.

Carefully pour the steeped tea and tea bag into your bath water and mix gently.

Step 4

Start your Travelers Tranquility Playlist on Spotify here

Enter the bath and immerse yourself in the aromatic waters.

Close your eyes and let your mind wander to far-off destinations.

The playlist will guide you through your 20-minute tea bath experience.

At the end of the playlist, you'll hear a cue indicating it's time to conclude your bath.

Step 5

Carefully exit the bath when prompted by the playlist.

Wrap yourself in a cozy towel or robe.

Prepare a cup of chamomile or oolong tea to extend your relaxation.

Sip your tea slowly, reflecting on your tea bath experience.

Luxurious Bathroom

post-bath care

If you used all the tea material, dispose of your tea bag in the compost bin.

If you used half the tea material:
  • Dispose of the used tea leaves from the muslin bag.
  • Rinse the muslin bag thoroughly with hot water.
  • Hang the muslin bag to air dry completely before reusing for another tea bath.

Rinse the bathtub with clean water to remove any tea remnants.

Note: while tea doesn't stain bathtubs, it may leave residue that's easily washed away.
